What size of company do you work with?

Mostly organizations between roughly 10 and 250 people — companies that depend on their systems but cannot justify a full internal IT and security team. We also take selected public-sector work; Blue Shift Technology LLC is registered in SAM.gov.

Can you work alongside our in-house IT team?

Yes. A large share of our work is advisory or extra engineering capacity next to an internal team, not a replacement for one. We fit the gap you actually have.

Who owns the work you produce?

You do. Repositories, credentials, infrastructure code and documentation are in your accounts from day one. You can end an engagement and keep operating — there is no lock-in by design.

How quickly do you respond?

Within one business day for new inquiries, and faster for anything you flag as urgent. Managed clients have agreed response times under an SLA — and an emergency line that reaches a real engineer at any hour, not a queue.

We think we are under attack right now. What do we do?

If you are an existing client, call your emergency number. If you are not yet a client, go here and call us — we would rather help you contain it than sell you something first.

Do you give legal or compliance advice on KYC/AML?

No. We implement, integrate and tune the tooling and monitoring. Regulatory determinations, filing decisions and risk appetite remain with your MLRO and your counsel. We are engineers, and we stay in that lane.

Do you hold certifications like ISO 27001 or SOC 2?

We build and measure our work against NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, MITRE ATT&CK and FATF, and we help clients satisfy those frameworks — but we do not claim badges we do not hold. If a certification matters to you, ask and we will tell you exactly where we stand.

Where are you based, and does it matter?

Blue Shift Technology LLC is a US-based company that delivers remotely, with documented handover and defined response times. For most IT and security work, remote delivery is faster and better documented than on-site. Where a requirement genuinely needs someone physically present, we will tell you plainly.
