Server racks in a modern data center

Home / IT Services

The systems your business runs on.

Five disciplines, one team. We design, build and operate infrastructure and software for 10–250-person companies — and the same engineers stay with it afterwards.

What this covers

Infrastructure, software, and the daily administration that keeps a company working.

An IT provider is doing its job when you stop worrying about day-to-day IT.

That is the test. If you are chasing tickets, re-explaining your environment to a new technician, or discovering that a backup was never restore-tested, the arrangement has failed — regardless of what the SLA says.

We keep engagements small enough that the same engineers know your environment. We document what we build. And we hand you the keys: every configuration, credential and runbook is yours, not held hostage.

Capabilities

Each has its own page with the full technical scope.

01

Server Management

Linux and Windows Server provisioning, hardening to CIS Benchmarks, patch management, monitoring, and restore-tested backups. Virtualization on Proxmox, VMware or Hyper-V; containers on Docker and Kubernetes.

02

Software Development

Web applications, REST APIs, and system integrations. Automation and scripting in Python, Bash and PowerShell. CI/CD pipelines, database design, and maintenance of code you already own.

03

IT Administration

Helpdesk and end-user support, endpoint management, onboarding and offboarding, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, firewalls, VPN and Wi-Fi, asset and license management.

04

Cloud & Infrastructure

AWS, Azure and Google Cloud defined in Terraform and Ansible. Migrations, high availability, disaster recovery, observability, secrets management, and cost right-sizing.

05

Web Hosting & Maintenance

Static and dynamic hosting, TLS and DNS, dependency and CMS updates, WAF, uptime monitoring, scheduled backups, and performance work measured against Core Web Vitals.

Security, included

Not an add-on we quote separately after the incident.

Every environment we run gets the same baseline, because we are also the security firm: hardened configurations, MFA and least privilege, patching on a defined cycle, monitored logs, tested restores, and documentation an auditor can read. Security is how we build — then the specialist practices go deeper where you need them.

What you receive

Deliverables, not vibes. This is the standard paper trail of a managed environment.

Asset inventory
What exists, where it runs, what depends on it, and who owns it — kept current, not written once.
Documented baseline
The configuration standard each system is built to, so a rebuild is repeatable rather than archaeological.
Patch & change log
What was updated, when, and why — with maintenance windows agreed in advance.
Backup policy & restore records
What is backed up, how often, where it lives, and dated proof that restores were tested.
Access register
Who holds administrative access to what — reviewed on a schedule, pruned on departure.
Operating runbooks
The procedures a competent engineer needs to operate your environment without us.
Monthly service report
Work done, incidents, response times, risks and recommendations — short enough to actually read.
Response priorities

Exact times are set in each agreement. The structure is always this.

CRITICAL
Company-wide outage or an active security incident — immediate escalation to an engineer, work continues until service is restored.
HIGH
A critical function is degraded or a single team is blocked — priority engineering response within the agreed window.
NORMAL
Standard requests and changes — scheduled and confirmed, so you always know when it will happen.
PLANNED
Project and maintenance work — delivered in agreed windows with rollback plans.

One distinction we keep honest: “we reply within one business day” on the contact page is for new inquiries. Support response times for managed clients are separate, faster, and written into the agreement — acknowledgment, response and mitigation are three different clocks.

Engagement models

Three ways to bring us in.

PROJECT

Fixed scope

A defined build or migration with a deliverable, a timeline and a price. You own the result when it ships.

MANAGED

Monthly retainer

Ongoing administration, monitoring, patching and support with agreed response times.

ADVISORY

Alongside your team

Extra engineering capacity, or a technical second opinion embedded next to your in-house staff.

Tell us what you're running.

Send the environment and the problem. You will get a direct technical answer, not a sales script.
